Traditional Values – "New Ethics":
the Global Conflict of Logos and Chaos

Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the "new ethics" integrating a variety of ideologies and protest movements fighting against injustice and discrimination, harassment, ethnophobia and xenophobia, asserting the privileged status of transgender and LGBT identities in the public consciousness, rejecting universal norms and principles of morality. The author shows that in recent decades the "new ethics" has been turning into an institution of ethical degradation, which provides socio–cultural and legal legitimacy to almost the entire spectrum of deviations and transgressions, thereby changing the sign of key universals and spiritual and moral matrices of world culture. As such, the "new ethics" project fits seamlessly into the "managed evolution" strategy implemented by transnational institutions and actively supported by global financial capital, mass media and digital corporations. The ultimate goal of this strategy is the "soft" anthropological genocide of the world, i.e. the natural self–destruction of most of humanity, "superfluous" in the coming world of digital economy and artificial intelligence. In the era of the global change of the civilizational paradigm of development, the intellectually sane and morally responsible elite of society must realize the ontological essence of humanitarian knowledge as a way of "participation" in being. The mission of the humanitarian Logos in a crisis situation is to overcome anomie and moral chaos, which gives rise to entropy that is disastrous for life in all its manifestations [1].
